Villains Inc. is a game by Lantern Hill Games, a studio of Hunter Thomas LLC. This page tells you what data the game, the apps and this website use.
The game stores your settings, your progress and your runs on your device only. We do not receive them.
The game connects to the internet only for these things:
On the web, RevenueCat runs the checkout, and Stripe processes the payment. Stripe collects your payment details and your email address for the receipt. We do not see or store your card number.
In the Android and iOS apps, Google Play or the App Store processes the payment under their own privacy rules. RevenueCat receives the purchase record to unlock the game.

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no trackers. The fonts and videos come from this website. The store page connects to RevenueCat to show the price, and to RevenueCat and Stripe when you open the checkout.
The game is for ages 10 and up. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. A purchase needs a parent's or guardian's payment method.
To delete your game data, clear the site data in your browser, or uninstall the app. To ask about a purchase record, or to ask us to delete it, write to support@playvillainsinc.com with your contract number or the email from your receipt.
